How long does shipping take?
We are an Australian based company, shipping domestically only.
We use eco-friendly packaging from, a Melbourne-based sustainable packaging company.
Australian Shipping
Orders under $120 - $8.95 Standard post or $10.95 Express post (excludes bulky/heavy items)
Orders $120 or above - Free Standard post or $4 Express post upgrade (excludes bulky/heavy items)
Bulky/heavy items (2.5kg+) - $19.95 Standard post *$19.95 per item
(Please note bulky/heavy items cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker address. These items need to be signed for.
All online orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm Brisbane time. Orders received after the cut off will be posted the next business day.
Do you offer Refunds?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rumpole and Mowgli, so we accept returns on regular priced items (no discounted stock).
You may:
- Return an item in exchange* for a different size
- Return an item for a refund
- Return a faulty item for replacement or refund

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note:
Returns will be excepted 14 days from purchase date.
Items need to be unused with original tags attached so they can be resold.
Please insure to remove all pet hair prior to returning, otherwise we may charge a cleaning fee to return item to saleable condition
Return shipping costs are at your expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Please note, if you mark a parcel as "Return to Sender", we are charged a return fee by Australia Post. This fee will be passed on to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for the item when it is in transit of being returned.
Any refunds for purchase paid with Afterpay may attract 6% restocking fee.
