Shipping policy

We are an Australian based company, shipping domestically only. We use eco-friendly packaging from HeapsGood, a Melbourne-based sustainable packaging company.

Standard Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15 for orders under $150 and non-bulky.  Upgrade to express shipping for total flat rate of $20.

We have special rates based on the following items to support our local paw parents

Large Items (ie Beds, Carriers) we have a standard flat rate of $20 per product per item.

 

How do I receive free shipping with Maleny Pet Supplies? 

It's simple, we offer free Australia-wide domestic shipping for orders over $150
Or simply visit our shop located at 2/39 Maple St, Maleny QLD 4552.

 

Want to make that an express order? 

For orders over $150 you can upgrade on checkout to express shipping for $10, or $20 for orders less than $150. 

We provide complimentary same-day order processing for any order made during standard operating business hours.
