Refund Policy 

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have past by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Exchanges
Be sure to reach out to the team at Maleny Pet Supplies before raising a new purchase, this is to ensure we can reserve stock for you and ensure it is ready for your exchange.  Simply reach out to the team by clicking here

*Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are exempt from the refunded total. In the event of sending an item back to the store, Maleny Pet Supplies does not cover the shipping costs. 

Maleny Pet Supplies is not liable for stock that is lost on transit back to our store, we recommend to use a shipping service that provides tracking and relevant insurances. 

We only provide refunds for orders/items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
